1. ACCEPTANCE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You understand and agree that you are bound by these terms and conditions for an indefinite period as long as you access this website. Vansh Diamonds reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without obligation to notify users. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our website. All content on this site is the property of Vansh Diamonds. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. PRODUCTS

  1. Due to screen defaults and photography techniques, some items may appear larger or smaller than they actually are. In some cases, the items may be displayed larger for more clarity or smaller for a complete view. On this account, the company is not liable for any legal action.

  2. For custom jewellery, a detailed design consultation will be conducted via WhatsApp to finalize specifications. Once the design is confirmed, any further modifications may be subject to additional costs and production delays.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices  as well.

Please expect to be charged the price for the Vansh Diamonds merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase. Customers will need to pay 100% of the order value upfront.

4. GST (GOODS AND SERVICES TAX)

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. An additional 3% GST will be levied on all the products during checkout.

5. PACKAGING

Usually, boxes/ packaging is done according to the order quantity. Vansh Diamonds offers customers the option to request an additional box for their order. An additional charge of ₹500 for small jewels & Rs 1000 for big pieces of jewellery will be applied for each extra box requested. Once the request for box is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Charges for extra box requests are non-refundable unless Vansh diamonds is unable to fulfil the request. To request extra packaging, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 9953180703. The availability of extra boxes is subject to Vansh Diamonds's discretion.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION 

Refunds will be made for any cancelled orders. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled for full refund subject to deduction of payment gateway charges of 2%. Orders canceled 24 hours after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 that will be borne by the customer along with 2% payment gateway charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or mispricing.
 
7. CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

The metal & solitaires are certified for authenticity by third-party national & international laboratories like BIS, IGL, IGI, and GIA.

8. DISCLAIMER

  • Gold, diamond, and gemstone rates vary daily; final valuation will be based on rates on the day & time of purchase/ return/ exchange.

  • For lab-grown diamonds, we do not offer upgrade, resale, or repurchase value.

  • Vansh Diamonds reserves the right to update these policies without prior notice.
